lido deck upgrade

Got notice from ta that we were upgraded to lido deck cabin.Has anyone had a cabin there. Any info is appreciated.We have L247.

We had that same cabin on the Golden Princess and loved it! Very convenient to the pools, buffet, pizza. Even though it's near the active areas, it was very quiet. Another plus, there aren't many cabins on that deck, so checking in was a breeze. We'd take it again in a heartbeat!

We hand picked 16 months in advance our room on Golden Princess Lido 259..for our February back to back cruise ..we had a room on That floor on Ocean princess actually Riviera..but same layout..on our 2001 cruise..OH was that the best..:grin..hope you enjoy as we made sure to get it for both sailings!!..:)..Joanne
