On our 12-6-30 Golden Princess Cruise, I bought a liter bottle of Beefeater Gin at the Lobby Bar for $20, which is cheaper than I can purchase her in Akron, or in Fort Lauderdale. Since you can bring wine in your carry on, I bought a bottle of vermouth at Wynn-Dixie and a bottle of olives. I could have a martini any time I wanted to enjoy one on our balcony. Of course we bought drinks on board when we were too lazy to go back to the room.If someone sticks their nose into you business such as the" how could you cheat and break the rules, and are you cheap?" group, let them pick up your tab.
