i didnt think that lawiwilliams was rude in anyway i thought he voiced his opinion rather well, unitimidating, and very respectfully, also as to why hes on this board, this bored is for people to ask questions and since hes cruised carnival he can probably answer many of them , and well..... i am no longer cruising carnival for a while, because it has also outgrown us... for now, we may change our minds again in a nother few years but for now we are going to try rccl and stay wit hprincess, its not that carnival is bad, its like the above poster said, theres vanilla and choc,,, both flavors are great it just depends on what your in the mood for.....
However i still come on this board to answer questions and read the posts,,, theres no law that says just because we dont cruise carnival we cant look read and post...
I would have to agree, and perhaps im wrong that carnival has lost its luster for me, perhaps its becasue of the older ships ive sailed with them,,, buy after cruising princess, and yes i know carnival owns it, its a really different expirience,,, im hoping that rccl will be different as well, and then i have 3 great lines from which to choose depending on wether i want a romantic cruise with my husband(princess) a gorgeous ship to enjoy (rccl) or a great week of casual relaxation (carnival) i have nit tried norweigan yet, but have heard such great things i may try them next year.... cruise what you like, just dont knock anyone for what they like
