Celebrity lost one of our bags, and found it four hours after we and the last guest's left the ship. They expected us to go back to the port and pick it up. When we told them it would be impossible for us to turn around and go back to Fort Lauderdale and get there before they closed they told us we would have to wait until Monday to make arrangements to get out possessions back. We called (on the following Monday) and told them to send them to us and wondered why we had to call them and tell them to tell them to do something that they have already done. that is, that they should send our luggage back to our house. Imagine our surprise when UPS brought us a COD package. After loosing our luggage Celebrity had the nerve to require us to pay for their negligence.

If I were you I would contact their customer service and try to get them to send you a check for the shipping of the luggage especially seeing it was their fault.

Wow, what a story! I can't believe they would expect you to pay the shipping. Yes, call customer service and hope for the best. Biggest problem, not just Celebrtiy, but all cruiselines seem to be suffering from lousy customer service these days. For every satisfied passenger who has a reason to deal with the line we hear about 10 not so satisfied. Good luck,
