I whole heartedly recommend the Carnival Conquest. It's ports, crew and overall experience was wonderful.. If you have any particular questions, please feel free to e-mail them to me.

I also had a great cruise on this ship. I would say this is my favourite Carnival ship so far and I have sailed on Spirit, Legend, and Fantasy also with Carnival.

Would love to hear about your cruise! We are sailing Conquest in March with 2 kids, 12 and 7. Any info with the kids program? Any hot spots on the ship that we should be sure not to miss? Did you do any snorkeling tours? Was it really crowded embarking/disembarking for land excursions? Where was your cabin and how do you feel it compared in size? Thanks! Nan

Amy,

We are going on the Conquest in January. We were wondering if the Conquest has as much of outside sitting on the boat like the Imagination and Inspiration. We have a balcony room and won't care if they don't, but would really like to know.

If u have any pictures, I would love to see them online if u can. I just cant wait.

hey amy.. what was the smoking like on that boat? reading that other string of messages, someone said the conquest was the same lay out as the glory, which seems to have a huge smoke problem..

Pattybuff, the Conquest-class ships do not have as many outside seating areas as the older Fantasy-class ships ( I guess that's why they're built with more balcony cabins). That's the one thing we missed during our Conquest cruise compared to our earlier Carnival cruises. These areas are glassed-in on the Conquest, resulting in a nice view still but very little ocean breeze ( which we love!). Still, I would highly recommend the Conquest, but next time we'll get a balcony.
