I do exercise by using the track on each ship I have been on. Please don't be overly good and not try some of their fantastic food on Carnival!!!!! They do have wonderful places to work out and remember you shoul;d be in the water exercising also. Enjoy! I have about 15 pounds to loose before I arrive on the Triumph on Sept. 6th. I will work my hum hum off and get on board and eat some of the good stuff ( not everything in site although tempting) but stay active and you should be ok. Remember - have fun on the cruise!
