Hello Drydocked. It will be easy to find a cruise that goes to St. Maarten/Sint Martin. Many, many of the Eastern Caribbean cruises go there, and just about all Cruise lines have a number of ships sailing that route.Getting the taxi while there is easy too. They have a very organised taxi stand a short walk from the ships. Be certain to allow plenty of time for the ride to and from. Traffic on St. Maarten can be awful. We took the taxi over to the Simpson bay area, the last time we were there. That took us 45 minutes, and Maho is a little farther on.
