The Island has a breathtaking ocean side. We hired a truck and driver for the day. The ship is on the dry side of the island and downtown is about a 45 minute drive away. We went to the supermarket and internet there with our driver and he helped us with the money exchange. They took our dollars. Anyone who sticks around the pier will not see the beauty of this place. There are shops, no internet but there were 2 phones at the pier. you can buy a phone card in one of the shops but expect a long wait to use it.There is also a liquor store at the pier.
