Mariner of the Sea question

Hey there,
This will be my first sailing with Royal Carribean. I'm booked on the Mariner of the Seas in April. My questions is about the dining room. It is on three decks. Is there a better deck as far as views, service.....? Can you request a certain deck? Thanks in advance for your help.

The service should be the same on all three decks.. its not seperated. You can ask your travel agent to specify a table size you'd prefer but, the ship decides your table and location. Some tables are near the center and can have a view of the "center" of the dining room.. so you would have a view there and any dancing the waiters may do. One night they all stand on the stairs that are in the center rear of the dining room. The other option is to have a larger table that may not be overlooking the center but, may offer a quiter dining experience. When a show or singing is happening many guests stand or walk over to take a picture or just to watch. I've sailing one the Mariner (3X) and Royal Caribbean many times. I hope this helps you.

All 3 decks are really nice, but if I could pick,I would pick the one on deck 5........it is nice to look down at the other two tiers of the dining rooms,,,,,,,,,,

You cant really request any particular dining room, but once you get onboard, the maitre'd will be taking seating arrangements if you dont like your table......

But if you want to sit near a window, you wont be able to look down to the other decks...........

Like i said, they are all beautiful and service is equal in all 3..........
