Did any body recieve the new Mariner Magazine . Suppose to packaged in with it are four luggage tags with pictures of historic HAL posters on the backs. I did not recieve mine yet. I am interested to know who has recieve it.

I received mine, with a set of 4 luggage tags, over a week ago, Earl. It's my understanding that not everyone is sent the luggage tags

We received ours over a week ago as well. I can send you my luggage tags if you want them. The magazine got circular filed.

Got mine a couple of days ago but did not have luggage tags ( have a ton of tags at home , so no big deal)

I think that would be the first time for you on that ship. Its makes a cruise alot better when cruising for the first time on a new ship. I guess with your cruise History with HAL. its not often you will cruise on a Hal ship
that you haven`t cruise on many times before.

Is there any that you have not cruise on. if any i think it would be the Prisndam

You are right Earl -- the only ship we have not cruised on is the Prinsendam. And right now she only comes back to the states to do Christmas cruises. Even though we do not have any family left -- we prefer to avoid all the crowds and children on a Christmas cruise -- like to be home at that time of the year. We used to do Christmas cruises before familes started to do them.

In 2007 we were scheduled to do an Amazon cruise in November on the Prinsendam. But she had to go into an emergency dry dock. HAL automatically moved us onto the December 2008 cruise -- two things kept us from doing that cruise -- the first one was the killer -- Joe's yellow fever shot was up in January 2008 and his doctor's would not allow him to get another one. The second reason -- too close to Christmas.

We are anxious to see how the Nieuw Amsterdam compares to the Eurodam.
