Good for you, are they rerouting you due to the cancellation of the Mexican ports?

Hi,

We are scheduled to go on the same May 2nd Fantasy cruise. I found on the site where they say it's been changed to a 7 day cruise. Do you know if that means a price increase over the one we already paid or do we get the last two days for free?

Thanks in advance,

CARNIVAL FANTASY MAY 2, 2009 5 DAY CRUISE
CHANGED TO 7 DAY CRUISE
April 29, 2009
Dear Carnival Guest:
We need to make itinerary adjustments for our 4 and 5 day cruises from New Orleans on
departures through May 11, 2009. We will now operate two 7-day cruises on May 2 and May 9.
Your scheduled 5 day cruise will now be changed to a 7-day cruise departing on the same day and
visiting Key West, Freeport and Nassau. You can sail on the exciting new 7 day cruise and your
5-day cruise rate will be protected.
For guests that purchased air transportation from Carnival, we will adjust the return flight
arrangements and provide you with this information. For guests with independent air
arrangements, we will reimburse airline change fees up to $150 per person (with documentation)
for guests sailing on the 7 day cruises.
We know you will enjoy the new 7-day cruise. However, if you are not interested in sailing on
this cruise, we ask that you contact Carnival as soon as possible. We will provide you with a full
refund; or a future cruise credit in the amount you paid for this cruise and you can sail with us
anytime prior to December 31, 2010.
Most importantly, we are looking forward to welcoming you aboard the Carnival Fantasy. The
Captain, officers, staff and crew are dedicated to providing you with a fun and memorable
vacation.
Best Regards,
Lynn C. Torrent
