As Ric stated they do not have a speciality restaurant, but do havealternate dining.We have not tried it but some table mates have. They say the food and experience is excellent.Unless there has been a recent change there is a $25 per person charge.For us it is not worth it. we find the food in the regular restaurant to be very good to excellent.Celebrity changes time zone as they enter a new one. The itinerary reflect the local time for the area you are visiting.Hope this helps.
