We leave tomorrow for our third cruise with Celebrity in 12 months. It's our new favorite cruise line.
We were in cabin 1074 last May cruising Alaska. We never heard any noise from the resort deck. However, we would NEVER book another cabin on a Celebrity ship under the cafe for a different reason. If you look at exterior pictures of Celebrity ships, you will see the deck the cafe is on juts out quite far over the balconies. Not only does this make your cabin dark, you won't have any sun shining upon you. In order to take any pictures from the veranda, I had to squat to take pictures. A lot of my pictures still had the overhang at the top of the picture.
In comparing notes with other Celebrity passengers who have had cabins under the cafe, they said never again.
Personally, I feel Celebrity created Concierge Class because the word was out and people did not want those cabins.
