Howdy!At Princess Cays the buffet we had was grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken picnic style. Since there is nothing on the private island but princess beach front, restrooms and several covered picnic areas. the food is carried off the ship and provided. The entire event is catered by princess ship staff.We've done mexican lunch buffets on our Mexican Riveria cruise, the food sliced lunch meets and seemed like it was low quality. The snorkel tour was well worth the food. I also had drinkd with local ice and was fine, believe me, if anyone would get sick from bad water it would be me!---Ron
