Looking for some advice on activities on the trip. e.g. daily activities on the ship, shore excursions at the ports, etc.

Never been on a cruise. Want to take full advantage of the trip.

Hello AZCruiser!
The Elation is not going to be serviceing the Mexican Riviera after September 7th. The Carnival Pride will begin the route as of September 21st. The Pride is a Spirit Class ship and is going to be a great inprovement over the Elation. The Spa facilities on the Pride are very nice.
