I can't answer for all ships but our recent cruise on the Coral Princess had no midnight buffets This was a switch from our last cruise on Princess 4 years prior when they had a wonderful midnight buffet. Hopefully someone can say otherwise but I have a feeling that buffets are or will soon be a thing of the past on Princess. However, the Coral DID have the Horizon Court open for meals/snacks 24/7, so that cushioned the blow I got in the habit of waking up about 5 a.m. for a coffee and snack :grin Hopefully your ship will have this option too.
