My wife and I are taking our 1st cruise in November and wanted to know if
you can smoke in a Cat.2C cabin ??? We have a balcony but do not want
to have to go outside if we do not need to. Also, can you have a "regular"
breakfast in your cabin or is it just a continental breakfast ???
Please help . . . . . .

HI BS!!

You can smoke in your cabin and on your veranda. Just be careful if there are others nearby as most people don't smoke these days and some who are on their verandas will take offense if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction.

The breakfast menu does have some selections that are beyond continental but if you really want to know...(BIG SECRET; DON'T TELL ANYONE; if you write in the items that you want I will be willing to bet that they will put it/them on your tray. If you leave $1-2 everytime I will bet that they will make sure you have what ever you want for breakfast but remember...DON'T TELL ANYONE!!! If this gets out the airline executives at RCI will pobably put a stop to it.)

I know I'm going to catch hell for this but here it is anyways. Have your room steward clear out the refridgerator and order the fruit juice in the morning so you can make your screwdrivers/cape codders etc. and sip them out on the veranda.

Now I know your next question is going to be about bringing booze onboard so you will have to read about that one on another thread because we beat this one to death on a weekly basis and yes, it is o.k, but some people have different opinions (see NPJUDYl, BYOB, 6/18).

Have a great time. You are going to love cruising, love Celebrity and love the Millie.

Hi we have just come back from a cruise on the Millie. Yes you can smoke in your cabins. We were in a cat 1A and had no problems we asked for a ashtray and the stewerd got one no problem. The next thing is break. We had full breakfast in our room on a few occasions. Sometimes when we did not fancy any early morning breakfast we would go up to the buffet and have a late breakfast which is until 12pm. The menu for breakfast via the TV was continental but they have the usual cards for you to fill in each evening. As for booze we took 2 litres of gin and the steward said it was no problem drinking it in our cabin. He even supplied more ice as and when it was needed.
