Looking for information regarding the balcony size of these cabins. I'm trying to get a comparison to the aft cabins as well as the furniture on the balcony. Any help will be appreciated.

I had stateroom 6143 on the Constellation and the balcony was huge and much larger than the other CC staterooms. The actual room was about the same size as the others. If you get one of these, you will be pleased with the balcony.

Wayneair, thanks for response. Were you able to have 2 loungers in addition to the table and chairs? Could you guess at the length of the balcony?

Do these cabins have a full sized sofa? At the end our our recent cruise on Infinity, I looked at 6135 and 6143. Neither had a full sized sofa. I was told that they either should have had sofa or one could be requested.

Speaking for 6143 on the connie, the room is NOT large enough for a full size sofa and infact they will not be able to bring one in (we tried). Since there were 4 of us traveling, we requested the larger sofa, but they said it would need to be carried over the balcony and come through the balcony door (which will not happen). That room is only good for 3 people. After the ship set sail. They moved us to a Royal Suite.
The balcony in 6143 is huge. You could roller skate on that thing.

The deck is large enough for 2 loungers and a table and chairs. I did not take a tape measure with me. The deck is very large.

Anyone been on the summit of late, what condition is the ship in.I have heard it looks a bit tired.:help

We sailed on Summit 20 Jan 07 to 3 Feb 07. We love the ship. It was our second cruise on Summit. We've cruised three times on Infinity and once on Constellation so we know M Class ships quite well. On our latest cruise, Summit looked fine to us. In my opinion, the seating in Celebrity Theatre could stand refurbishing. However, speaking as someone who looks at the overall picture, everyplace on the ship makes an attractive sight. We had a wonderful cruise. Celebrity offers so many nice touches. I feel that the basic design of the ship is excellent so a little wear and tear, if it exists, doesn't spoil the ship for me. There is so much that is positive.
