This is what happens when a ship class is built on a hull that is not meant for it. The tapering that works so well on the Century and Horizon class isn't present here and the blue stripe seems blocky, IMO.
I just don't think the Millie class has the creativity and care that went into the Century class, inside and out. The Millie class are stamps, rush jobs, and I think once the newness of the class wears out, some folks will see that the Century class was the most characterful and creative of the fleet, and designed for the Celebrity experience of their time better than the Millie class is for a Celebrity experience of its time.
New paint scheme unifies the fleet, is OK at best IMO, but shows that Millie isn't really a nicely drawn ship. This is an RCI ship, the hull works for the Radiance, and looks compromised and awkward as the Millennium.
