Missing Cruise in Medallion App

I recently booked three cruise around Australia and Asia for the beginning of 2024. On the Medallion app I can only see two of them, the first and last. I have spoken to Princess and they told me to login to the app with the booking reference, which I did but it didn't help. Anyone out there having similar issues?
