I had no problem what so ever.  Trevor contacted me right away, he even called me at home becuase I was late in booking him.  We spoke I told him what my needs were and we made the arrangements.  He arranged the driver for us and they both met us at the cruise ship terminal. Trevor was taking another group, but he made sure we met the driver and had no questions before we left. I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the service.  Misty
