Maybe I've been really lucky, but I've eaten in a ton of places in Cozumel - large, small, homes of locals - and never have had a problem.  I do stick to bottled water though.  I've had some great meals and fantastic salsa from some little taco stands in town.  My husband claims it's the Don Julio I drink that keeps me safe...  I guess I'll keep drinking it since it is working so far!
