More Cancelled Carnival Cruises

Carnival has cancelled two more cruises due to dry dock scheduleing. They are:

Carnival Pride on 1/23/2011 and 1/30/2011.

No Cruise @ddicts in the Cruise Tracker for these dates.

Normally, dry-docks are scheduled far enough in advance that the cruise line doesn't book cruises over those periods. That there is a sudden flury of dry-dock schedulings indicates, to me, that it's "something else". Of course, we'll probably never know.

How many dry-docks in a flurry? And what if it rains?

Thanks Jeff. When are you coming back to Vegas?

Calgon and "D". Not sure. Dry Docks are usually scheduled far enough in advance so not to cancel a cruise. Could be mechanical things that can't wait? (Oh no, that's the azipods on X)

I did see Carnival Glory in drydock in Freeport a couple of weeks ago.
