Leon will be having his gallbaldder removed tomorrow (March 17th), hopefully by the laprascopic procedure, and is in quite a bit of pain this evening, but fussing about being in the hospital. I know it's a simple procedure, but with his borderline kidney function and being 80 years old, I'm still nervous. It was to have been done this afternoon, but got moved because some guy "accidently" stabbed himself in the abdomen as he was "trying to get olives out of a jar". With a BUTCHER KNIFE????????? I had to help his wife get him into a wheelchair to get him into the ER, and I still don't believe a word of it. Who in the world tries to get oloves out of a jar with a butcher knife at 1:00 AM? Come to think of it, I think that idiot needs prayers also.
