MSC Cruises Has Just Posted the Following:
MSC Crociere beside her guests, more and more, mostly in regard of nourishment.
The Company has recently signed the Agreement with AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiaci - National Association of Celiac Disease Sufferers) thanks to the excellent results obtained by two audits on board MSC Orchestra and MSC Musica, which, thus, entered the “Outdoor Nutrition Circuit” of AIC. The Agreement has been officialised on board MSC Orchestra on September 22nd, 2008.
MSC Crociere is very attentive to all security rules of AIC in preparing special menus and instructing in due time the ship’s crew about the usage of proper products for celiacs, supplying the galleys with specialized ovens and tools for the correct preparation of the courses. MSC Orchestra has entered “the Outdoor Nutrition Circuit” in May 2008, followed in August by MSC Musica.
Both units have passed the audit with excellent results in compliance with all standards scoring more than 96%.
