[quote dawson21]does Carnival also have it marked on the back of the cabin door? is the muster drill a long drawn out thing? i've heard you have to wear the life vest and it will get very hot.
EVERY ship on the waters will have the muster station on the cabin door.
I suggest you wait in your cabin until you hear the whistle. So what if you have to go down a few flights of stairs. Lots of people will be waiting at the muster station waiting for the drill- those are the people the drill lasts the longest for.
after you hear the whistle-- head to the muster station- you will be directed from the halls-- there will only be one way for you to go-- on carnival you will be wearing your jacket. by the time you get to your muster drill--its almost over. Listen to the directions. think how rude people are around you making wise cracks etc instead of listening to what the people are telling you.
Its over--- ALL those people now try to cram into the first elevator that comes along.. wait a few minutes. it clears quickly.
you can take off your jacket-- just watch that the belt doesnt trail behind you.
