I have sailed Millennium and to Alaska in May of '06. Loved every minute of it. Beside what has already been mention, there was arts & crafts, dancing instructions (country & ballroom), computer courses, and my favorite, sitting in the observation room (doubles as the disco at night) at the front of the ship. For those in the know, how about "3 o'clock, 100 yards!". For those not in the know, many a humpback whale, killer whale, dolphin, seal, American Bald Eagle were spotted from this location. On the day you cruise the glacier, get up early and stake your claim to some front row seats (don't forget the binocs though). The waiters came around with complimentary split pea soup in french bread bowls (yum, yum). Whale watching excursion in Juno was great. Just sit back and enjoy the views, the entertainment has a way of finding you.
