Take a cab there, and just walk in.  You can pay $25 to see the underground aquarium, called the "the dig."   The rest of the property, you can walk around for free.   It's very big.  Get a map from inside the casino, and explore the whole place.  We have been twice, and the place is awesome.  Maybe one day I can afford to stay there.
