Joel, my understanding also is beer and wine at 18, hard stuff 21. yes, you will be charged. Wine can run from about $4.00 to $7.00 a glass. As for beer I don't drink it so do not know the prices. NMNitaPS have a great cruise and let us know about it when you return.
