I don't think so - NCL's policy is 21 for drinking and gambling - no beer and wine for 18 year olds - some lines i beleive RCL and Celebrity do allow 18 year old to have beer and wine so unless you are cruising the Mexican Riveria where the age is 18 you won't be able to drink in port either although BC's age is 19.The cruise ships can usually tell from your shipboard card whether you are old enough to be served - you probably will be able to grab some of the free bubbly that is handed out freely during the Captain's welcome party - usually on the first full night at sea or the first formal night.Dennis
