VERY subjective topic as it depends on the food connoisseur. Personally the food was decent with both NCL and Princess on the cruises we have been on with both lines. The difference we found was that we tended to get a bit more attention and catering to with Princess. There also tended to be MORE choices in the actual dining-rooms and special requests seemed to be accepted better on Princess. Just my =twocents on the topic..
