Sailed NCL Dream on 9 niter 11/02. They had 2 optional formal nites. Main dine room was designated "formal" and Terraces was smart casual. While we were prepared/wanted to dress up we still did Terraces as we had gotten friendly w/ the matre D. Loved being able to look out the huge glass wall to the empty aft pool. Food is the same.
