Finding a flight to Miami from here in the flatlands is an impossible task. Is is best to fly in the day before and if so what suggestions for a hotel next to the port would you have.

On the web site is says that the Dawn has three pools, but I can find only one on the deck plans. Where are the other two?

And what should I NOT miss on the Dawn? As a musican and a dancer, I really enjoyed the bands on my previous cruises (not NCL, this will be my first).

I am looking forward to the "Freestyle" thing!

Thanks in advance

100% agree about flying down a day or more in advance. As for hotels, the best I can say is check Priceline, expedia or something like that and see what you come up with. NCL overall has great entertainment, generally considered as good or better than any other line. Of course, like everything else this is very subjective.

ONe more vote for flying in early. A short story on what happened to friends: Left Jacksonville for Stockhom. Left jax late, missed connections in Atlanta, ended up Jax, Atl (later), Paris, Stockhom. Bags got stuck in Atlanta and spent first five days of cruise with NO bags!! Arrived at ship half hour prior to sailing.....
We even go in a day early when driving to the port. Well worth the savings in stress, etc., and another city to see prior to sailing.
