wow...i didn't read all the way to the bottom...i think that what needs to happen is the cruisers who do NOT get good service need to open their mouths...truthfully...i have been on two cruises where the cabin stewards were NOT good...they did the bare minimum in my opinion..and it reflected in the tip i left..
