We returned from NCL on 7/17/04 and we never saw our cabin steward either ... however he/she did a great job of cleaning and left towel animals several nights ... even putting my hubby's sunglasses on the aardvark. What a laugh. We actually like the $10.00 a night charge so we don't feel that we have to scrounge for money on the last night, but we did make sure some of our favorites were given a bit of extra cash in the hand to say thank you.We had NO breakdown in service on this cruise !!!!!kathy
