NCL savings certificate book

Does anyone know what's included in the NCL savings certificate book.
It is pretty much like any coupon book you might get at a hotel say in Vegas. A few usable coupons, mostly nada!!! One of the usuable ones: order 2 meals in Le Bistro and get a free one in the Mexican restaurant. I think there are a couple others as well. Some of the casino offering are worth thinking about. There is also small discounts in the Spa.

HI... Fairly new here. We are booked on the Epic for Oct of 2011. How do you go about getting these certificate booklets??? If I have it right. Thank you; Lee & Kelli
It seems there is no way to really figure how to get them. We have 4 cabins booked for the Pearl in 3 weeks. The two that did edocs and didn't even get anything mailed to them were able to download the coupons, the other 2, got luggage tags etc via mail but didn't get coupon books. Go figure!!!
