It is totally unbelievable and laughable that a butler would act sooo huffy. I hope you kicked his hinney to go get you the things you needed. I would have called the front desk right away to complain about lazy Arnie.Please tell me you did??When I was on the NCL Star they wouldn't give us robes and we were staying on a balcony stateroom. I had to buy me a robe in one of the ports. I complained over and over but they said it was only for the suites.I want to book again but I think I will ask first if we will get robes because I think the printed brochure said we would. Hummmm......Maybe I better think twice before booking on the NCL Star because I hear the food quality has gone downhill. I go for the food!!
