Wonderful news! We just got upgraded to a balcony. The prices on our cruise dropped dramatically last week. It was to be the first cruise from New Orlenas(10/16/05), then got moved to the Port of Houston after Hurricane Katrina. Apparently they were having trouble selling cabins. We contacted our travel agent and she contacted NCL. They graciously upgraded us all to balcony cabins!@ That's the first upgrade we've had, after 17 cruises. We are very pleased with NCL's customer service and can't wait until we cruise!
