It's not you. NCL recently revised their website and certain parts of it are still in beta. It's functional, but you may have to try 2 or 3 times to access an area.

That said, it's certainly not as professional looking as some others. It's unfortunate, but I think a lot of first-time NCL cruisers may judge the quality of NCL by their website.
