Need Captain's Club Advice

This will be our second cruise on Horizon in October.

Like a nut I have lost my Captain's Club card.

Can anyone tell me how to get a new one or find out about our old one?

I went to the site and emailed them my question but so far I have not gotten an answer to my dilemma.

You know its funny, I e-mailed them on sunday with an inquiry and they have not gotten back to me either. Anyone out there know if they answer e-mails in timely manner?

Call the number, I was able to retrieve a clients number from there, with no problem.

Call them it is so much better. But don't expect to get the cards right away it took months for my husbands and it was there fault! They gave away his member # and had to give him a new one! They will give you your #'s and that is all you need no one ever asks to see our cards even though we always bring them :lol

I have had all (3 separate topics) emails answered (within June) but it took on average about a week. They employ IT correspondents who will handle written questions only and are not reachable by phone. I tried to follow through on one response, but the correspondent could not take my call. With all the new changes and recent CC newsletter, I am sure they are very busy.
