St Maarten and St Thomas are recognized world wide for shopping and Orient beach in St Maarten is easily accesible quite cheaply as is Coki Beach. and Magen's Bay beach in St. Thomas..cabs goes to these beaches for a reasonable cost..Good luck with research and  =welcome to cruise @ddicts.....Joanne
