Once we booked a balcony we also were hooked!  I like the fact I can go outside to view the ship leaving port or while it's sailing and NOT have to go up on deck to do it.  I can go out there in my comfortable clothes, have a drink, and relax in private.  The sounds of the ocean are relaxing too and if I'm feeling alittle queasy I'll go out there to get the breeze on my face and I instantly feel better!
