I'm not sure if the Legend has a rollerblade track. I know they have them on some RCCL ships. They probably have a walking and running track but it would probably not have the right type of surface for rollerblades.

As far as the cell phone goes there are no cell phone towers out in the ocean so even if you have verizon you are not going to get a signal unless you had a satellite phone, which most people do not have.

Sorry I am no help for the ports you mention. They are not really the places I normally cruise. I have only been to St. Thomas and I really did not care for it because I am a cold weather person and really didn't do much when there.

In St. Thomas my family shopped @ the pier then took a cab into town and shopped there, then went back to the ship for lunch, and then spent the afternoon @ Magen's Bay beach. It was fabulous. We walked almost down to the end of the beach and were practically alone.

We are going back to St. Thomas this November on another cruise, and hope to either do the Water Island Bike Tour, or go to Sapphire Beach.

I can't comment on the other ports, but if I did go to Tortola I would take an excursion to Virgin Gorda & the Baths.

There is ni rooler blade track on the Legend, so no roller blading. Your cell phone might work in some of the ports as does my sprint phone. But you need to call Verizon and check on your plan and to see if you have service in these ports and if they do does your l pan cover them.

Usually only US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico but Sprint has been adding towers in Mexico and a few other Islands, but in the new ports we will have to pay a roaming charge. As far as how long they will work, not long after the ship leaves port as there are no towers in the ocean to get a signal from.
