I'm not sure if the Legend has a rollerblade track. I know they have them on some RCCL ships. They probably have a walking and running track but it would probably not have the right type of surface for rollerblades.As far as the cell phone goes there are no cell phone towers out in the ocean so even if you have verizon you are not going to get a signal unless you had a satellite phone, which most people do not have.Sorry I am no help for the ports you mention. They are not really the places I normally cruise. I have only been to St. Thomas and I really did not care for it because I am a cold weather person and really didn't do much when there.
