Warm Salmon, Spinach and Romaine Lettuce Salad - with chickpeas and tomato, drizzled with orange-olive oil dressing

Apple and Pear Gazpacho with Passion Fruit Sorbet



Entrees

Choice of:

Braised Beef Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Cloves - Slowly cooked in a rich gravy, served over classic mashed potato and baby carrots with chives

or

Butter Basted Pacific Sole Fillet with Leeks - With a timbale of golden yellow rice and roasted basil flavored cherry tomatoes

or

Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche - Served with orzo pasta sauteed spinach and grilled tomato


Dessert

Key Lime and White Chocolate Tart - A sweet and tart filling baked in a flaky pastry tartlet, topped with a dollop of whipped cream

We just had that Brunch on Maasdam and I asked the steward for a copy of the menu. I posted it on another forum as it seems many folks have been requesting a change. This was the first I'd heard of a new Mariners Brunch Menu.

We have eaten the same meal for the Mariner's Brunch since it was first introduced to us in March/April 2006.

Do you go to the Explorers Lounge Reception with Captain and Hotel Manager or you totally skip the Mariners Reception? I like chatting with the other high Medallion Holders and see new ones receive them. We never miss whatever Mariners event they run.
