Has anyone had experience with the arrival and departure (end of cruise) experiences at the NY cruise ship piers.? I have no idea how one manages to connect with a prearranged pick-up when the ship returns to NY -- with over 2000 people trying to do the same thing in an area that isn't designed for it.
