Pick up is horrendous. I called my limo service as soon as I picked up my luggage. We were one of the first groups off the ship. He was parked on a side street and it took him 1 1/2 hours to go less than a mile. The NYC piers are terrible. I'm happy to hear that RCL is now departing from Bayonne NJ.
