I am a smoker but my husband is not. I have always preferred Celebrity, and had planned to sail on Solstice but because of the no smoking on balcony, I cancelled that cruise and booked HAL's Eurodam. If they do the same thing, then I will find another cruiseline, if they all do it then I guess cruising days for us are over. My husband HATES smoke, but he says it doesn't bother him at all on the balcony, and can't understand why people complain about people smoking on their balcony..
