On the Mariner (which I am sure is the same as the Freedom) they have one table that they offer at night if they have enough players. On my last cruise it was 2/4 & 3/6 depending on the night. They also have a tournament the first sea day that is $50 buy in, with one $50 option buy in.
The game always starts at 5 and 10. BUT! They offer one evening of no limit. That has often times gone by the wayside if the players all agree to a no limit game. Our last Rhapsody cruise no limit was played on 5 evenings.
When the game is 5 and 10, jokingly, it gets re-named 'no fold-em' because folks just hang around every hand.
