Help, we have been "upgraded form a BC to a BA and have been assigned cabin L235 which is a "non-converting twin! What does this mean, why are the beds not able to make a queen bed! Is this cabin configured oddly? Is there any chance for another upgrad? We are sailing April 17 th and just recieved this cabin ass. today!
Can we not accept this cabin( we did book a BF( bal. guarantee, then when prices dropped we switched to a BC)

I read on another board that Princess' cruise personalizer was showing all cabins as non-converting. Maybe a call to them would clear up your berth configuration. I am assuming you got your information from the personalizer. If not, never mind.

A few of the cabins are non-converting twins, but most do convert. If you are getting this info from the Personalizer, this is a known problem with the Personalizer. Call Princess directly and they can verify for you and update the Personalizer ro the correct configuration.

I contacted my TA and had the change made after I read on another board that this was a Princess procedure/software problem.

Thanks, I will phone Princess today, as I've noticed that on my brochure it doesn't show that cabin to have a unusual bed set up.

Anyone know what the balconys are like on the LIDO deck??

The balconies are the same size as the balconies on Aloha and Baja. My sister had one the first time we cruised, L235...same as yours, just portside instead of starboard! :)

Yes, the Caribe balconies are nice and large...half covered, half exposed.
